Step 1: Create a new 200x200 document.
Step 2: Fill the BG with a color
Step 3: Make 1 Rectangle and put it where I put mine.
Step 4: Create a new layer
Step 5: Create another rectangle and make sit against The first rectangle you made
Step 6: Go to blending options
Step 7: Check Drop Shadow

Do the same for opposite side

Do the rest on your own 8)
