How do you add perk points? That is very helpful. Especially if you want to give them a choice to unlock all perks or not, oh and check your PM.

before using it you have to remember what the original health, smithing and level was. and when you do it one time you get about 25 perk points. also when you do it you have to go and level up the character. just click health every time (which is why you must know the original health) This takes forever but this is the fastest way i know of.
