The difference is the way the hack is done, they're both the same and can do the same things.

The RGH takes slightly longer to boot though.

Jtags are made from older xboxes. RGHs are newer.

At this point in time the RGH actually has more potential than a JTAG, but things will even out eventually.

Well falcons are good but if you don't have any experience with seems to be the case don't get a jtag. Don't think its still where you use a keyvault. Its way pass those times and now it is different. You can't get online and all you can do is infections.
