ok so im on teamspeak with some guy and other people, this guy is a member of a community im in and he gave away 3 random accounts in the teamspeak chat, i quickly changed the password and on the 2nd one a virus popped up on my Microsoft essientials, 'Java Exploit' so i then quickly system restored tp 3 days ago.
My question is, is this a hack to get my 'Main account' or isnt that possible by just doing that?

Simply changing a password on a runescape account cannot and will not give you a virus.
you might have gotten earlier on in the day.

Quick Question, Did you mean you changed his password on the REAL rs website and it said their was a virus? If yes then no, he couldn't hack you via In-game accounts. Now if you went to a wrong runescape.com then yes he could of hacked you.

yeah it was the real website I didnt download anything he just put his rs name and password of 3 accounts into the teamspeak chat and from there I went onto rs via my favourites bar changed the password and a Java Exploit poped up, i always go onto RS via my favourites bar which has the real website, I was just curious, I was pretty sure you couldnt get hacked by changing / logging onto someone account but yanno,
