You don't know this. There could be several of little glitches left.

I believe most of them were patched/fixed
However, if you're talking about the Grand Exchange Glitch + Squeal Of Fortune glitch,
I recommend going to youtube and searching "Squeal Of Fortune Grand Exchange Glitch, this week"
Should help - I wouldn't do the glitch for the items you got may be removed/you may get banned as well..
