1) Do you think that flying helicopter type looking thing will be like the Recon Drone in MW3 and will it be a Kill Streak if it is one?

1) I believe it'll be much like the recon drone. It will most likely also be a point/killstreak.
2) There is currently no information on pre-orders. After the reveal on May 1st, I think we'll be seeing ALOT more information coming our way.
