You need:
- OMA
- T.I.
- Last Stand
- Final Stand

What you do:
- Lock Barebones Pro
- Let your partner kill you 4 times
- Have them put you into FS/LS
- When you stand up, get 20 kills and you will have Last Stand Pro.

I can confirm that this does work. Its a super quick way to get all of those stupid last stand kills
