i cant find an official day they will stop letting you pre order.

I think you can do it until the day before. But If you live in UK I heard this is the last week to do so. Not sure though.

The last day of preordering is 2 days before release so they can see what and were to ship the orders

The last day is the 13th at 11:00 AM - anywhere you live I would guess. And if you order it at GameStop, they will be open at Midnight for instant pickup. The launch at my GameStop will be EPIC.
