Always stand up for yourself, I used to, I had a fight with the kid that bullied me, nobodys ever said anything since, the second 'bullys' see you'll do something they won't do it... Pain only last 30 minutes, bullying will continue- keep that in mind when your going through hard times.

If it gets that bad and you don't think you can do anything back, don't be afraid to tell someone! It works aswell, being called a grass will where out, better than what they may normally put you through.

If they are older than you and they hurt you physically don't be afraid to bring higher authoritys into it such as your parents, older mates or even the police.

Stay strong, bullying doesn't normally last, if its at school chances are you won't see them at all in years to come.

Valentiino : If you want useful tips a close friend of mine was bullied, he told teachers and they did nothing, so he asked his parents and myself for advice and I told him to blackmail the teachers and tell them until you do something about this, I'm never coming back into school.

After 3 weeks the teachers setup this anti-bullying program and the teacher had a word with the bullys parents and said that if any signs of bullying appear he will be suspended from the school.
