Is there anyway I could download the installed version( not the one off the marketplace) of black ops? Because my black ops copy is VERY scratched up and it doesn't let me play multiplayer or zombies on it.

You need to rent/borrow a different copy of Black Ops, insert the disc, press (X) when it says "Play Black Ops." Then hit Install.
