You're an idiot. That's his local IP (the one his router assigns his computer). If he gave out the IP that his ISP assigns and the one that the website that YOU told him to go to will give him, then someone could trace it and find out where he lives. Giving his local IP out won't hurt him, but it certainly won't let people join his server either.
