Proof is irreverent, many people have seen it and if you knew anything about ISO modding you'd know it can be done.

I don't know why you all are clamoring for proof. With the extent that recoding extends to (aka ISO modding) I don't understand why we would question it. If we could build sky bases in World at War and have flying aircraft carriers in GTA then who's to say that this mod is non-existent?
