i have got a level 108 and i wanted to play on it

but i dont want to put my cash and items onto the account and make it member if
the person recovers it back

may be some one can help me

i have changed email and waited 14 days now has been changed.
i have set recovers but i have to wait 14 days for them again.

i changed password
and if i make it a member account and change username

can the old person that had the account recover it back>?

please help! i would love to use this account.....

If he's the original owner, then he can recover no matter what, even if you have email and recoveries. Now, if he was just someone that bought it, or got it for free.. he probably wont be able to recover once you put recoveries + email.

If you have a 7 day bank pin set on it and have your email registered. It is safe to put your money and items on the account because you can simply recover it back with an emailed password reset. The only problem I can think of that you would come across then is if you end up having a recovery war and the account gets locked, if you can't unlock it, it will be up to the other guy to do it, he may not unlock it ever or might wait maybe a month or two in hopes you have given up then recover it back.

This is why although it may be nice to finally get that high level account you always wanted by buying it or winning it, it will never be as good as it being your own because there is always this risk/thought on your mind.
