No.
People were just scared about computers crashing, nukes going off, and that stuff because of a new millennium. This has facts to back it up.

But nothing has had as many facts to back it up as this does.

you are highly dumb... scientist already smashed atoms together... the experiment was done roughly 1/2 a mile underground and nothing happened.

But other than that there are some pretty good evidence that the human race will vanish.... however the "earth" will still be in orbit. Good post either wise.

The entire issue about the 2012 conspiracy is the fact that there's little to nil evidence backing it up. A lot of the "evidence," per say, is done by religion. Not every damn person in the world believes in a religion or any sort of stuff like that. Hell, within the past year, I completely dropped my religion. I know that's not the best thing to say, but it is what it is.

The 2K Conspiracy was extremely mixed, as I'm sure 2012 will be. If anyone's OLD enough to remember 2K, if you were older and knew about the conspiracy, you either just didn't give a damn, or you were scared for your life. If you were young and oblivious, and just didn't care, you were just fine(Hey! that was me!)...

2012 Will probably work out the same way. If I get hard evidence claiming that the entire world will end, sobeit. If I don't, then hell, I'll be kickin off 2013 with a bottle of Tequilla.

2012 cant happen, my girlfriends little brother has a yogurt that expires in 2013. 8)
