thats your problem then the same thing happend to me i ended up changing my gamer pic then it ended up working and my friend had the same problem so i said why dont you try changing your gamer picture and it worked for him so thats how i figured it out

Whats a glitched gamer pic..?

Well. I'm not sure if there are different types of glitches, but the glitched one I have is one of the I am Legend gamerpics.

What happens is lets say for ex. you view joebob's profile, and his gamerpic is an acorn. When you go to my profile, my gamerpic will be an acorn. Then when you go to catlover's profile and their pic is a cat, when you go to my profile, my gamerpic will be a cat. It also changes even if you don't view someone elses gamerprofile. The gamerpic will change on its own to someone random from your recent players list or friends list.

Xbox is really annoying half the time they don't know what they are doing and this gets really annoying. But i dont know what to do ask some of the jtaggers
