its where you and freind get in the middle of he road and pretend to strech a rope across it and people will stop

we had 3 people to threaten us with the cops . one women stoped about 20 ft away then we lowered our invisable rope and she started to take off and i yell pull and she hit her breaks and started yelling saying PUT IT DOWN IM NOT DRIVING THREW ITTT!!!! then this one girl said there was a hipo comn when we seen the cop IT WAS EVERY MAN FOR HIMSELF i left a brown raceing strip in my pants
