honestly? its not good at all its a brush with bad 3d text and some image behind it (looks like a door)

What i would do if i were you work on smaller projects for fun open up an amateur shop and just do your best.
YouTube backgrounds are never easy and to get good at them it takes time.
Also search YouTube for some good YouTube background .psd's and look at the layers and how they effect the background.
I also recommend getting a 3d text template that is good and you could just change the font
EDIT: The text is really cluttered together and hard to read as well. Adjust the spacing a little bit
