Hey guys, has anyone done the workout program Insanity?

I am currently interested in it and I am not like obese, I was just curious
about using it to cut down and then pack on more muscle afterwards.

So I was just wondering have any of you done Insanity?

Did it actually help you out?

If you don't know what I am talking about, here's a link to the program.

Actually I have used it! And this is really gonna help you out:

If your not already in shape, don't do it. Start with p90x.
After doing p90x then I started insanity and it still is pretty tough.
Insanity also are short workouts with little to no breaks at all. Also you are CONSTANTLY moving you never stop.

Pushups right into situps then right into high knees then right into something else.

Hope I helped!!

My sister is in the NAVY and she does this every 4 moths. YES it works and it is called INSANITY for a reason. It will take a while, but TRUST ME it is worth it.

Definitely agree with you 100 percent here. You have to get your body ready for insanity in a way. If you go from sitting on the couch to insanity its not going to do you any good as you could end up hurting yourself. Overall though I've looked it over and it is a good overall program and will definitely kick anyone's a** I'd give it a go if your not totally overweight and exercise a little bit!

Oh, sorry, I guess I didn't add in that I was 5'10" and 160 lbs.
Also, I am only about 16, and play basketball and football.
By the way, thank you for your responses that you guys have given me.
