go to internet connection settings turn proxy server on then for the address type in 210.101.131.231 then the port number should be 8080 then go all the to the end and save it dont test internet connection then go to game data utility and delete mw2 and tada you're bypassed

start mw2 after that and when you're done just turn proxy off redownload patches and you're back to being unbypassed. while in bypass you can play tdm to find lobbies or look on ttg goodluck and thanks again for the (17) before my psn is yolo_fawkimdead helped me alot!
