So, the other day I made a post about a PC build that was a little more expensive but I am trying to stay under $1000 so I found parts for a new build that's a little cheaper. I would like to know if this build can play SWTOR on maxed out settings and how it would play BF3.
I would also like to know if this build is just a good build in general and if there are any parts that wont with the case and/or motherboard.
Here are the parts:
Motherboard-Asus P8H67-M PRO/CSM (REV 3.0) Micro ATX LGA1155 Motherboard
CPU-Intel Core i5-2500K 3.3GHz Quad-Core Processor
RAM-G.Skill Sniper Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1866 Memory
Hard Drive-Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Video Card-EVGA GeForce GTX 550 Ti 1GB Video Card
Power Supply-OCZ ModXStream Pro 600W Modular High Performance Power Supply
Case-Cooler Master HAF 932 Advanced ATX Full Tower Case
The total cost of the build with Key Board and Monitor included is $908.14

Agreed.
If you chose to get this build you might want to reconsider the motherboard as it is a micro ATX board, which for a high mid range build like yours, may not be beneficial.
But I would definitely wait until the new i5 3570k drops just to see the performance of it, as you may regret buying the 2500k.
Also I would recommend getting something like a 6870 instead of a 550ti, as the price difference is too bad, and the performance difference is a lot.

Tomorrow the 29th. Although the performance difference is very minimal.
