When i play rs my CPU is always 100% is that bad?
how can i lower it

Sorry, but I'm not sure you can. Try purchasing a new Pc, or if you have a desktop you can replace your processor. I would recommend (Newegg.com).

No I was saying just buy a processor if you have a desktop and get someone that is computer savvy to replace it. You are not going to get much out of a laptop processor unless its one of the high-end gaming ones.
