I was thinking that i could maybe, instead of using the sync button i could use the back button because it isn't used a lot and does disconnect your controller if you hold it too long. obviously it would need a button to hold at the same time to activate it, to avoid accidental turning on or switching mode. But would this be possible with a rapid fire chip made to use the sync button?

mine is a buttton on the back and the back button is actually used for a lot of games unlike the sync button because you only need it to program that control to an xbox

Also the back button is generally for looking at the scoreboard or opening and inventory which isn't as big of a deal than your controller disconnecting and having to re-sync it.
