It is possible the system's at microsoft have to have a generator that uses a certain code that creates this code if you found the code the makes the KV codes you could then use that to make your own KV because it is possible it's happening at microsoft now

No, they are from Microsft. So, for the old and exploitable xbox 360's, they use Keyvaults to access xbox live? Yes. So for the new ones they do it differently? No. That would be a waste of their time and money.
