btw I don't think there would be unlimited kvs because they have to be MADE by ms not "activated" if someone was smart enough to be able to make their own KV's, they wouldn't brag about it because they could probably face a prison sentence. Jtags aren't gonna last forever, so it doesn't matter if KV's don't- that's my opinion
