CPU: i7 3770k or i5 3570k (Indecisive any thoughts)?
GPU: Gtx 680 Twin Frozr III
PSU: Corsair 850w
HDD: 1tb 7200rpm (thoughts?)
MOTHERBOARD: Asus Sabertooth Lga 1155 (Updated for Ivy Bridge)
RAM: 8gb 2133mhz G.skill (Accidentally ordered higher speed so will underclock)
CASE: Coolermaster HAF 922
Optical drive not important

Which of these two PSU's would be best for my computer, mayb sli Gtx 680s in future.

i7 3770k if your rendering/editing, if your just gaming get the i5 3570k because no game uses hyper threading. Are you planning on using the stock cpu fan? (watch out btw overclocking ivy bridge cpu's they get really hot compared to sandy bridges. [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] of course it's still possible to get to 4.5ghz but you will notice your temperatures past 70 degrees with very good coolers. Your hard drive if fine aslong as its 7200rpm+ its good. If you really want the faster windows booting or application booting you could get a SSD.

That hard drive still should be good.

If your that concerned you could get a western digital their hard drives are quite good and its cache is 2x the size of the Samsung one and 5 year warranty, plus the WD is a sata 6gb instead of a 3gb so it would be slightly faster but more expensive [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

I also read on mechanical drives Sata 6.0gbps has no benefit....I'm mostly concerned by warranty because samsung is know owned by Seagate to customer service may have transferred over.
