Hi guy me again, Im just posting this thread to INFORM People.
This week i have been getting GAME COULDNT START Error Message.
I just found the problem.
I took my xbox to MOD EXPRESS In W.A Told him my issue. He told me the answer this is the answer.
ALL Elite console can no longer use the HOTSWAP method as of 1st April 2012 due to a stealth patch microsoft did. The patch was able to patch the laser so that it knows when a modded disk is put in. The reason it does install is it is tricking you into thinking that it is installing when really it is installing the files and corrupting them at the same time. SO If you are trying to hotswap on a Xbox 360 ELITE Console and you keep getting the error dont continue it wont work.
He also stated that the videos on YOUTUBE are fake (videos showing how to hotswap on elite 1st April 2012)
He said himself hes tried to hotswap and it doesnt work and hes found out the reason the videos on YOUTUBE work is cause there drive is actully FLASHED so it will install it ether way cause its able to read burnt disks.

Yeah man if its not going online FLASH but if its going online try to hotswap and if u get a error after the install works through hotswapping called
GAME COULDNT START. TRY DOWNLOADING GAME AGAIN.
You cant you that xbox to hotswap so u need to flash
