You probably downloaded a program that included viruses and rats.

Are you sure? It's usually not the case.

Turn it off then Take it Future Shop or Best Buy or a Place like that and get then to Restore the Laptop

im not the only one who uses this laptop in this house sooimnot sure but they open stuff on my desktop and stuff :S

Here go to msconfig and go to start up and look for anything that has unknown for the manufacture and disable. After you do that go and download anti malware bytes and do a full scan. And that should do it hope I helped.

First off -> Do a system restore to a date before this stuff was happening -> Get malware bytes -> Boot into safe mode -> scan with malware bytes -> wait for it to finish -> Download and install CCleaner -> go to setting change simple overwrite to the highest available -> Run cleaner -> go to tools -> startup and check all the programs and make sure they are ok -> then go to registry and scan and fix problems -> next boot normally and scan again with malware bytes and install ad aware and scan with that too. Then wait for a bit and maybe put a screen recorder to watch computer -> profit!

You should now be clean after doing all of the steps and using the topics.
