For now post here if you have been banned to prevent spam.
Treyarch has found ways to stop boosters.
They said,
-Tactical Insertions will be disabled IN Free-for-All.
-Players can no longer invite friends to certain game modes where boosting is common.
-Boosting will be almost impossible in Wager Matches, as the players are randomly selected.
-Players can report boosters to Treyarch with the Theater feature.
-Many boosters now have to do hacks in order to really achieve a level.
-Players can also report hackers with the Theater feature.
-Boosting is mostly done in Domination and Search and Destroy, this is because you gain more XP from this and rank up faster.
-People boost to become high in the leaderboard.
UPDATE:The game has a reporting system. Report boosters and lets make examples of them. Once you lay the ban hammer on enough bad people word will get around that we dont take too kindly to this sort of thing. Say's "David Vahn Vonderhaar"
A temp or perm ban will be issued if you create such an offense.
Hopefully you understand the purpose of this thread, which is to inform you of the consequences.

Only read if you dont know what "Boosting is"
There are many signs of boosting in a game that can identify boosters for their actions. Something to note is that playlists with a lower max player count are more prone to boosters, for these cheaters often vie to get all of their friends in a game to boost. Another reason may be as simple as the fact that there are fewer hostiles.
In free-for-all games, spectators can quickly scan for boosters, catching them in the act. However, spectators will be booted once a minute's time has passed.
The SitRep perk has impressive range, allowing honorable players to more easily search for hostile Tactical Insertions, a possible indicator of the presence of boosters.
All of the Tactical Insertion's sound effects are very distinct. If someone hears these sounds, they can be sure that the player who used it is close by.
Multiple insertions and suppressed shots/knifing sounds in the exact same area is a sign of boosting.
A player repeatedly killing the same hostile over and over again is usually an indication that the two are in cahoots, although an easier method is to check the scoreboard and see if someone has a number of kills and no deaths, and another with no kills and the same number of deaths as the first person's kills.
Pay attention to enemies' classes! Boosters commonly have all stealth perks, silenced firearms, and a Tactical Insertion.
This may not always be a booster, but a player in an aforementioned game mode with many kills and no deaths is cause for alarm.
CALL OF DUTY: BLACK OPS - SECURITY & ENFORCEMENT POLICY
Modders
Users who have modified their hardware and have run hacked script or code. This includes modifying profile data to use illegal characters in a players name.
Instant permaban. You will no longer be allowed to play the game online. Console users who modify their hardware or profile data will also be reported to the console manufacturers.
Boosters
Users who organize to exploit the game for the explicit purpose of ranking up very quickly or to appear in a high position on the leaderboards.
Minor offense: Temp ban, complete stats reset, leaderboard entries removed once
Major offense: Temp ban, complete stats reset, permanent ban from appearing on the leaderboards
Extreme or repeat offenses: Permaban from playing the game online
Glitchers
Users who go out of their way to exploit the game to grief other players. An example would be going outside of the maps clearly defined playable boundary.
Minor offense: Temp ban from playing the game online
Major offense: Extended temp ban from playing the game online
Extreme or repeat offenses: Permaban from playing the game online
Offensive emblem makers
Users who create emblems that are sexually gratuitous or racially offensive.
Minor offense: 2-week ban from using the emblem editor, emblem reset to default, emblem purchases wiped
Major offense: Permanent ban from using the emblem editor

I hope this cleared things up for you guys.
