Yeah so can anybody recommend me a PC or Specs I can look out for on a gaming pc for 250-350?

You're not getting anything good for $350.

You may, and I mean may to salvage and buy some cheap used parts on EBAY, but that's not guarantee. Custom builds usually starts off at $550 - $600 for an entry level machine and can go up to $5,000.

You are definitely better off saving up like Generation said. You could find a PC if you look with decent specs but will have some cheap parts that could cause you issues in the future.
