In baseball i get mad and punch myself or a wall either one.

I have this cool thing my grandparents gave me when I was eight.

It's like a punching bag but it's inflatable and it never falls down.

I go crazy on that thing.

I throw and break anything in site. Then Im always really sad about what I broke later.

i start punching like my chair or sumtin, until my hand gets bloody and falls off
