Pretty sweet man! good job , just a note, I cant really see it in the picture but make sure the light strip isn't touching the heatsink, could either short out the strip or melt the rubber.

it might be in the picture but i made sure when i put it all together that it wasn't touching but thanks for the heads up i didn't think about it melting it

i got lights similar to these but actually found them at a store by my house i choose to just run a wire out the back to power them because one was going to be needed for the sensor for the remote anyways and all the unnecessary stuff i had on my old Xbox caused it to get so hot even with the extra 120mm fan so i decided i didn't wanna take any risks

your saying its so long and then recommending buying one the same length.... 5 meters is around 16.5ft and its not the lights that are expensive its the controlling system that cost so much.
