ive been reading EVERYWHERE that jtags cannot connect to xbl cannot go online or host online lobbies although ive seen people hosting lobbies online who have jtags is it a specific jtag that can go online or what , any help would be appreciated, thanks

They cant go online, what you have been seeing is most likely infections from systemlinking with a jtag.
