Looks pretty good, the case does look abit ugly though, but, do you really need 3 2TB hard drives though?

agreed about the case
Overall, I would go for 1 TB HDD MAX, I don't see why you would need total of 6 TB .. but that's just me
Also if you reduce to 500gb hdd you could probably get the GTX 680 gpu which is an overkill and would fit your needs for gaming and overall anything
but still 8/10
check this out for the gtx 680

Well to rate your CPU, a 7/10. (I hope you know a CPU is the Processor, not the whole build)
What is the point of getting that motherboard if you will not overclock. Also your Motherboard will not handle two of your RAM. It only supports 4x DIMM. Get a 7850 instead of a 6950. And your PSU did not say anything about Modular, so I suspect it is not. I would recommend a modular PSU.
