Ok, so my somewhat problem is that for some reason my Xenon wont boot into Xell.

i've tried using the eject button, and using Xell launch in Xex menu but still no joy, even tried both methods with the HDD removed (yeah i know) and still same thing, black screen, ROL flashes and syncs with controller but no blue screen, also the power light in the center goes off as if the console has shut down.

i did have Xell installed once upon a time but now it seems it doesn't want to play anymore??

The last time Xell worked was on dash 13599 with no dashlaunch installed, installed DL 2.24 but never checked if it worked, then updated to dash 14699 and when i try to boot into Xell thats where my issues begin.

Would updating the dash to the latest setting and also updating DL to version 3 do the trick? or do i need to get the iron out and start over again?

The reason i need Xell is because i want to install some emulators that require it.

Theres a few more questions i would like answering also but ill wait for a reply.
