Hey guys! I was looking for something to record CoD 4 gameplay on my PC, and Fraps didn't work, nor did PlayClaw. Does anyone have any prefered free recording softwares?

I would recommend FRAPS, but since that didnt work you might have to use Camtasia and set a HotKey.

I highly recommend DXtory, Instead of dropping your frames to record like fraps does, it records at certain set frames, and you play at whatever frames you can get up to. So you don't drop frames or lag at all. You can also set up multiple sound inputs and set your video quality and what not.

The only thing about DXtory is that 12 minutes = 40 gigabytes. And It can be slightly difficult to use if you dont know what settings etc.
