Can you host a iso mod menu on a usb at all

The only thing close enough to do that is Hotswap first then have a 8G usb and save it to their. so if you dont want mods just take it out or you can bring it to a friends house. but you have to hotswap first to save it on the usb and not the hard drive

you cannot play an installed game on another console via usb...it is signed to the console it was installed on. example: u go over to a friends house who can hotswap, you hotswap and save the mods to the usb. You go home thinking you can play them on your xbox off of the usb. You get mad because it doesnt work. (can only be played on the console it was installed off of).
