ok so i live in wisconsin and in my are we had a severe storm. It took my wifi ut but now its back up but it wont go back up for xbox?
When i want to connect to xbox live, an error pops up in a matter of like 3 seconds. It says i cant connect so went to the trouble shoot option. I run my xbox with a wired internet cord that is hooked up to my wifi( so i have wired network). When i go to trouble shoot theres two options wired network and wireless. I run on wired. So i go pick that option and then a message pops up saying " to. Use a wired internet connection, make sure an ethernet cable is connected to your console and your routher. I have both of these connected and they never get un- connected. Please help! Its not reconized my ethernet cable! Ive been without live for about 2 hours. If answer i will rep*
