Your probably giving your freinds tthe wrong ip...
Dont give them the 192....... Ip , you need to give them your external ip
Go to google and type "Whats My IP" And it will tell you ...
Give them that one , then make sure on your server properties you have online mode to false and also Where it says "Server IP:" Put the 192.... Ip... thats what i did . So make sure You do that and if it works +rep Me! Thanks!
