I do not understand the concept of the coaches on UT

I have fitness 5%, shooting etc..

If i have 3 different people for fitness do they all work?

Please help me..

i think if you have the 5% shooting it improves all your players shooting by 5% without changing anything on the card so if you have more of one type so you have 2 , 5% shooting you get 10% added on

Yea, They all work at once
But with the training managers, you need to use the training card for the effect, it is not added constantly

Yes they do.

Say you have 2 5% fitness cards (they will add up to 10%)

Whenever you give someone (or a team) a fitness card it will add 10% on.

So if you give your team +30 fitness cards, they will get +33 fitness because of the 10%.
