Honestly I think you need to up the age limit to 15. I see 11 year olds asking to join modding clans , but i couldn't report the post because I was restricted from doing anything except veiwing topics and adding my thanks to them. But I think all future members need to be atleast 15. Here would be an average reply to this

Just 1 thing man i understand what ur doing is a good thing but if someone said they thought it was a stupid id the would most likely get banned or a warning i just think that u should get in trouble for giving ur a oppinion as long as your are not nasty about it.

So...despite the fact that rules have been posted, people still post and still break the OBVIOUS rules. So, why is it that people are so upset when they do it and they in turn get banned?

We're not asking for posting to stop, as you can see, I do leave some threads that are worthwhile for discussion.

This is a General DISCUSSION, so what people need to understand is, your topic needs to be up for DISCUSSION.

Sub to my YT, Need 48 Hour Trial...you cannot discuss that. That's leeching.

What's better, coke or pepsi? .... What does that have to do with a Gaming Community? It's been asked OVER 100 times in multiple threads.

I'm going to leave this open for a bit, I really want to see what the maturity level is in some of the responses.

Replies like this, I'm not holdin back...I'll IP ban you on the spot.

I want this area to focus on a more mature discussion basis.

When the quality of threads becomes of a higher standard, people will be given the slack in here. When it's abused, we take the slack and hang you with it.

This website is not a small one and I do not want this community to be seen as a bunch of leechers, kids, and idiots.

So...that being said...let's discuss.

Well, you're the dumbest person I've seen today. First off, he wasn't talking about bans, he was saying what he'd do to people who were spamming. Secondly, the thread closures was the whole point of this, he is trying to keep the General Discussion tidy. And even if he was he is allowed to, he is an admin. And this isnt spamming, this is debate.

Officials are not above the law.


When the rules say you cant talk about bans, they mean you cant talk about banned accounts (e.g asking them to unban accounts, asking why it was banned, etc.)

And he isnt above the rules, he is enforcing them.

Obviously you're right about the general spam(i.e. Coca Cola vs. Pepsi), leechers, and wrong section posters.
However when you say "Gaming Community"(I think you just meant overall technology) when posting in the General Discussion I don't fully understand. It seems like if you make a post about anything in technology(Xbox, Graphics, Youtube, etc.) it's impossible to not find another forum than the General Discussion.

I wish you would add examples of "good" topics for the General Discussion.
