if your are using a xbox console make sure you have selected xbox 360 if not check your screen resolution settings.

Its possibly because some of the cords aren't in right, Or its your format settings on the software

You should be able see the settings on the left side of your screen, I cant skype because im on my mac, I record and mod with my asus
