I have a Dell Dimension 3100/E310 running Windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit with 3GB's RAM.
AND I need a graphics card FOR:

Windows Aero
Minecraft
Call of duty waw

SINCE I only have 2 PCI slots and 1 PCIe x1 slot,
I was thinking of getting the PCIe x1 to PCIe x16 adapter AND
inserting the Nvidia Geforce 8400GS

BUT

I know it will only run at PCIe x1 speed even with the adapter but
will it enable:
Windows Aero AND
run:
Minecraft and call of duty waw?
