1.Could I track how many videos i have up so far for the video king badge.
2.hOW WOULD THE SYSTEM KNOW WHEN I GET 100 VIDEOS UP?

When the staff approves 100 of your videos you will get it.

Your submitted videos are in the submissions tab on your page.

The system knows because it is tracked by usernames. The number adds up, and at 100 you will automatically receive the ranking.
