If you're looking to get ram for 30-40 dollars you can get 8 gigs of gskill ripjaws or 8 gigs of corsair vengence there aroundike 46 dollars so its close to your ram budget and look into a amd build because those can get pretty cheap

You will need [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] to download it.

You can either Burn the ISO or if you have an USB (4.5GB+) you can use [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] and you will need to set to boot from USB drive on the BIOS.

Here's a tutorial on how to use WinToFlash:

Tip: When you finish the first steps using the USB method, Windows installation process will require to Reboot the system, when that happens, you MUST take out the USB drive and there will be no need to put it back again.

Good luck with your build!
