I made this RGH fully functioning testing to make sure it worked booted console with a game in it "Play DVD" please help!

you say it worked before you rgh'd it, so i assume either maybe a incorrect dvd key, or faulty laser.
you may want to update your firmware on dvd drive if your trying to play newer games
