Well since you took the time to ask people to come on, and did not come on to welcome me within 2 minutes of the post, I decided it would be worth it to take all your shops at home to the sulfuric swamp to the south of west of lletya, and move your Grand Exchange to the house of the Mahjarrat Lucien.

No it's not lol, I checked the client. All the client downloads is the cache, which is someone else's cache which is no longer hosted. So it really just does nothing except connect to the server, and allow you to play if you extract the cache he provides.
