Okay, just to get sure you guys know whats going on.

First at all:

-He uploaded a Full Version, BUT you guys cant start the Full Version, because you havn't his profle. He tried it with a Friend (he said) and i think it worked because they did License Transfer or he just started it with his profile and changed the Profile after starting Game!


Second:

-AFAIK you cant get banned for license transfering. You CAN get banned if you start the game with one profile and just change the profile after that, but license transfering is completly legit and is supported by microsoft. So why sould they ban you? I also got 2 XBOX and license Transfered my Games for already ~8 Months. No ban yet!

Third:

-Stop hoping that you guys can get Minecraft XBOX 4 free. There are ways for getting it for free, but to be honest, no one would give you there profile 4 license transfer (maybe if they know you in Reallife) because
a) License Transfer only available every ~5months?
b) No one would trust you (only if they know you in RL)



So hopefully this helps.-

Actually My old xbl account got banned for this exact same thing, just a different game. You WILL be banned for this...trust me, microsoft is all about their money.
