Depends what you use it for.

Surfing the net, using it for documents its good.

However, gaming is a big no no. Its just.. terrible.

why is it that bad for gaming..? is it just the specs.. my friend could play WOW ultra graphics no lag on his mac, is that possible?

I would get a Mac, but only if you are going to use it for things like surfing the internet, not for gaming.

-DROCK- wrote people hate on the mac cause of gaming. i love my iMac, i don't have to worry about viruses, if i want to play games, i just play tf2 or other games on steam. worth it!


Macs can still get viruses.

This PC will play anything. As you mentioned you want to render you might want to get an extra 8GB RAM.

To me its worth it, Bought a 27inch last year and no regrets only thing i have done is upgrade the ram to 12gb instead of 4 and couldn't be happier with it runs fine
