My Main account has all the maps ect.. but when i go to play on my other account the maps don't work? but the downloadable characters and camos work? any ideas?

go onto xbox.com and go to transfer content then u will havent to download again

Element's right, I had this problem on my Account, I share an Xbox with my brother and when he first went on Gears of War 3 he downloaded a Weapon skin, The blood spatter one, and now whenever I go on my account it pops up with "'Bloody weapon skin pack' Downloadable content is not available". I think this is due to one of the Title updates that Epic brought out which was to stop Marketplace Theft with the method of having two accounts signed in and sharing the DLC between accounts. Like Element has said your best bet is doing a license transfer between the accounts.
