i dumped the nand 3 times compared them with 0 non matching blocks after that i install xell with jtag tool and it installs but when i trn it on it wont boot into xell or the dash board can some one plzzz help

i hit write xell and it seems like it rits fine but it wont boot into xell or dashboard
